Returns and Exchanges-
Please read carefully before making your purchase. All orders made through this online store are considered custom orders, made as requested by the client (you), and we are not required to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase for any reason. Each keychain can take several days to several weeks to create from start to finish. Since all items sold on our store are uniquely designed to your individual specifications, these pieces normally cannot be sold to other clients if returned, therefore, 24 hours after you place your order ALL SALES ARE FINAL. So it is imperative that you get to ensure that all details contained in your order are correct before being scheduled for shipping. There will be no returns or exchanges but please contact me if you have a problem with your order.

Due to Identity theft and credit card fraud, we reserve the right to refund all orders who are flagged as High or Medium risk. These risks are identified and flagged by our credit card processor, not " Just Code it"LLC,.
These flags usually occur for reasons such as:
• The location of the IP address is a high-risk location (certain cities are at high risk for fraud).
• The shipping address is hundreds of miles away from the cards registered address.
• The order was placed from another country but the shipping address is domestic
• The payment was attempted multiple times with multiple cards.
• The billing address does not match the cards billing address.
